Hey, folks, I have been traveling since Thursday, so my apologies for being out of touch. Spending some quiet time in the hotel room this morning before heading out to see a friend. I really should be spending time on work but, hell, it's Sunday (still have to work) and I haven't had the chance to stay on top of what's going on in the world around me in a little too long.

E.J. Dionne had a great piece in Friday's Post about Virginia Governor Mark Warner's decision to grant clemency to Robin M. Lovitt, who was scheduled to die last week. As far as Dionne's concerned, changes in public opinion made Warner's decision politically shrewd, but brave nevertheless.

And this morning's REALLY big news story? Brad's going to adopt Angelina's kiddies.
