I really do love Dana Milbank. Once again he does not disappoint with his piece about the Supreme Court. Yesterday, the Court heard Ayotte vs. Planned Parenthood of Northern New England and the crazies came out to argue their case to the media. But that's an old story. Milbank's tales about the justices themselves (the Three Stooges times three) are what keep me engaged. Should we laugh or cry?

The California Supreme Court has refused to put a stop to the execution of former Crips leader Tookie Williams. He still has two chances to be spared, prior to his scheduled murder by the state on December 13. Either a federal court or Governor Schwarzenegger could do the right thing.
