I like this article by Cameron Crowe from the Los Angeles Times. Talks about his filmmaking process, the role of songs in developing stories and characters. I'm a Cameron Crowe fan, potentially more so of the man than of the movies, if only because his gushing love of music. Geeky music fans are a fine breed.
