rah rah

Guy Womack is the defense attorney for Charles Graner, the guy who is currently on trial in military court for the torture that went on at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq. Womack is also a jacka**. In his opening remarks to the jury today he suggested that the pyramid in which the soldiers forced the prisoners to pose didn't really qualify as "torture" because, well, cheerleaders pose in pyramids on the football field every day.

Except they're not naked. And they don't have hoods over their heads. And they weren't just forced to eat sh*t from the toilet. And they don't have some soldier's boot print on their back -- or up their a**.

Other than that, they're exactly the same.
