Piers Fawkes suggests using TweetClouds as a tool for monitoring the topics on the minds of the audience you are trying to reach as a marketer. (Right now my Tweet Cloud is dominated by "@catchuplady" — which might lead you to think I actually like her. I need to work on that.)

If I actually got off Twitter I probably would have been reading my RSS feeds and found this earlier... I'm a total Twitter casualty.
