america's mayor, not president

I really don't want Rudy Giuliani to be President of the United States. I really don't want a Republican to be President of the United States, but I REALLY don't want Rudy Giuliani to be President of the United States.

And while I could present to you a very long list of the reasons why not (including the fact that I think he is unethical and self-serving), I think the greatest reason is that, seven years later, it would mean that the emotion of September 11, 2001 was STILL blinding people and preventing them from making decisions that were right for this country.

On September 11, 2001 Giuliani was America's mayor. That does not mean that on November 4, 2008, he should become America's president.

And, if the muckrakers have anything to do with it, he won't.

Go, muckrakers!
