Mashable does another one of its spectacular toolbox posts: 20+ Charity & Fundraising Tools. I'm not familiar with most on the list, although I have been a fan of Donors Choose -- which enables you to support classroom projects -- for a couple of years now. Back in my nonprofit days, those open source fundraising tools would have been handy.
