The folks at Dairy Queen should let Beth Carlson write all of their customer service responses. She sounds like a human. She liked the customer's personal touch and she knew that he deserved the same in return. She also knew that he wanted to know that something was going to come of his efforts.

We all want to feel impactful, after all.
