Other correlating factors include lower incomes and race and ethnicity: 15 percent of Hispanic adults, 13 percent of Black adults and 12 percent of Asian American adults only have cell phones, while 11 percent of white adults do. It's a reality that pollsters and political campaigns are contending with in the lead up to the 2008 election.
