I remember being in middle school and getting damp with excitement about the release of The Outsiders. All those beautiful boys: Matt Dillon, Ralph Macchio, C. Thomas Howell, Rob Lowe, Emilio Estevez, Patrick Swayze and Tom Cruise. The teeny bopper magazines were filled with spreads of those guys for years. Francis Ford Coppola is releasing a new, longer version of the film in connection with its twentieth anniversary (which means I am old). I'm adding it to my Netflix list as we speak.

Apparently Boston is now the most expensive metropolitan area in the country. Has no one bothered to tell the city that it sucks?
