The latest "Savage Love" (Dan Savage's column) has another reference to "santorum" which (altogether now) is defined as "the frothy mixture of lube and fecal matter that is sometimes the by-product of anal sex". One reader writes in to congratulate Savage on having the word recognized as the "most outrageous" word of 2004 by the American Dialect Society. Last year's winner was "cliterati", meaning "prominent feminists".
