Brands should set up an RSS feed from Should Do This to stay on top of customer complaints and ideas and, if they're feeling really adventurous, they should consider integrating that RSS feed into their web site to pull the customer voice in.
It's not clear whether or not the site will take off, but having the chance to find out from your customers what they "should" do is a valuable opportunity.
