more plan

My Google Alerts continued to buzz with content about The Dismemberment Plan this week . . .

  • stereogum has a "Quit Your Your Day Job" interview with Plan front man Travis Morrison, who punches the clock at Washington Post/Newsweek Interactive.
  • The Washington City Paper, which generously helped to cover the costs for the benefit shows, has photos and video from the show.
  • Tiny Mix Tapes has a review of the show chock full of Judy Ain't No Punk's fan love, "As far as I can tell, this is the only reunion show that I’ve ever left totally satisfied, without a hint of ambivalence."
  • Don't be sad that you weren't able to be there, because Captain's Dead has mp3's from the Friday night show.
  • Indietastic has another review of the show: "so yeah, Dismemberment Plan fans are "very strange" but Morrison is clearly their oddball leader."
