this has to stop

I hate that I haven't been posting. I hate that the traffic that I had worked hard to generate has all but disappeared. I hate that the reason that I have not been posting is because I have been too busy. I hate that the fact that I have been so busy that I have not called friends, read a book, watched a movie, bought groceries, gone to the gym, gone for a walk, gone on vacation, gone shopping or gone out with friends.

This has to stop.
