sunday morning

I have had my bagel (poppyseed, with cream cheese, lox and sliced tomato) and I am on my second cup of coffee (using the Loretta Lynn mug this morning).

I am home, back to the land of big cups of coffee.

Check out this article in the Post this morning about the new "young" Democrats making a splash in Congress -- how old is old when "young" is 45? Nevertheless, it left me hopeful.

They don't play by the rules, they don't let the baggage from the past weigh them down. In a town filled with youngsters playing grown up, it's a refreshing state of mind.
