it's a joke

Bill Hemmer's gone (sad). Jack Cafferty's gone too (not sad). Miles O'Brien is in the chair. I'm not a fan. His lame jokes are lame. Bill's were lame, but endearing.

Soledad keeps saying that Tom Cruise exercised "great restraint" in response to the fake reporter who squirted him in the face with water at the London premiere of his new movie War of the Worlds. Apparently, she would have popped him. After weeks of making an ass of himself, Soledad says she has renewed admiration for Tom. (CNN.com has the video if want to watch.) I have to disagree. I think he comes across as a humorless idiot. It's water, Tom. It's a joke, Tom.
