If I don't read for pleasure in the 1/2 hour before I go to bed, I get insomnia. It helps me turn off my brain and stop thinking about work.<BR/><BR/>I don't do nearly as much "binge reading" as I used to. Adult life doesn't allow for it all that well.<BR/><BR/>I also use reading as a tool to procrastinate from writing my own material. That's actually BAD.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
